Hello. A room is available for rent in a shared apartment with 3 other people, just 5 minutes walking from the university and the city center. And only 10 minutes from the train station. Additionally, there are bus stops right in front of the building. Only 5 minutes walking from supermarkets like Migros and 10 from Lidl. We preferably seek young workers or students, with a preference for long-term stays (1 year).

The apartment has 4 rooms, two bathrooms, a quite spacious kitchen, a large living room, and a terrace. Additionally, there is a laundry in the basement.

The monthly rent is 600Fr/month, plus approximately 50-60Fr/month for additional common expenses (kitchen paper, toilet paper, cleaning products, garbage bags, laundry payment, electricity, internet, etc.). The deposit is 3 months' rent (1,800Fr).

Buongiorno. È disponibile in affitto una stanza in un appartamento condiviso con altre 3 persone, a 5 minuti a piedi dall'università e dal centro. E a soli 10 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria. Inoltre, ci sono fermate dell'autobus proprio di fronte all'edificio. A soli 5 minuti a piedi dai supermercati come Migros e 10 da Lidl. Preferibilmente cerchiamo giovani lavoratori o studenti, con preferenza per coloro che intendono rimanere a lungo termine (1 anno).

L'appartamento dispone di 4 camere, due bagni, una cucina piuttosto spaziosa, un grande soggiorno e una terrazza. Inoltre, nel seminterrato c'è la lavanderia.

L'affitto mensile è di 600Fr/mese, più circa 50-60Fr/mese di spese comuni aggiuntive (carta da cucina, carta igienica, prodotti per la pulizia, sacchi della spazzatura, pagamento della lavanderia, elettricità, internet, ecc.). Il deposito è di 3 mesi di affitto (1,800Fr).
