Das möbilierte Zimmer (ca. 5m x 4.5m) liegt im Bösch in Hünenberg. Da das Bösch ein richtig tolles Industriegebiet ist und es viele Arbeitsplätze hat, gibt's hier leckere Restaurants (besonders das Jets) Bushalte, Gym, Autowaschanlage, Sportanlagen etc. etc. Im Winter ist es hier heimeilig und im Sommer ruft der Garten und der See.

Im Preis inbegriffen sind nebst den Räumlichkeiten und dem möblierten Zimmer mit Wohnsitzanmeldung auch der Parkplatz, Netflix, Youtube-Premium und Serafe.

Was man auf den Fotos sieht, ist das Bad, Stube Dachstock mit 8k Flatscreen für Blockbusters, das möbilierte Zimmer (ca. 22 m2 gross) und die gemütliche Bibliothek mit Stressless Sesseln. Fotos vom Garten, der Küche, dem Esszimmer, dem hauseigenen Gym (Raum mit work-out Material), die zweite Stube , Waschraum, Keller, Estrich kann ich per whatsapp oder mail senden.

Bei dem Haus handelt es sich nicht um einen Neubau, sondern um ein charmantes, älteres Gebäude im Chalet-/Bauernhausstil mit viel Charakter und Gemütlichkeit, die Menschen und Zimmer sind wunderbar und der grosse grosse Garten, die Platzverhältnisse und die Umgebung toll.

Mit Dir werden wir insgesamt 4 Menschen sein. Aktuell sind wir 2 Männer und 1 Frau.

The furnished room (approx. 5m x 4.5m) is located in Bösch in Hünenberg. Since Bösch is a really great industrial area with lots of jobs, there are delicious restaurants (especially Jets), bus stops, a gym, a car wash, sports facilities, etc. In winter, it's cozy here, and in summer, the garden and lake beckon.

In addition to the premises and the furnished room with residence registration, the price also includes parking, Netflix, and Serafe.

What you see in the photos is the bathroom, living room, attic with 8k flat screen for blockbusters, the furnished room (approx. 22 m2), and the cozy library with Stressless armchairs. I can send photos of the garden, kitchen, dining room, in-house gym (room with workout equipment), second living room, laundry room, basement, and attic via WhatsApp or email.

The house is not a new build, but a charming, older building in chalet/farmhouse style with lots of character and coziness. The people and rooms are wonderful, and the large garden, space, and surroundings are great.

With you, there will be 4 of us in total. Currently, there are 2 men and 1 woman.
