Hi everyone !

The apartment (4.5 Zimmer Wohnung) is located in Emmenbrücke, 6020 a few steps from the train station and bus stops. It is truly a beautiful house, very spacious and comfortable, equipped with a dishwasher and a common washing machine.

This room costs 627.80 CHF and is 17.39 m2 in size. I'm looking for two new flatmates because the current ones, Fee and Elyas, will unfortunately vacate their rooms soon because they have finished their studies in Lucerne.


Let me introduce myself, I am Clara, 23 years old from Italy, a musician so it happens that I often play the flute during the day in my room, I also study music at HSLU.

I'm looking for calm people to share this house with, respectful of the common areas and attentive to the cleaning and management of the house. Plus, I have my own rhythms between study and work, so surely if we happen to drink a cup of tea together or exchange a few words it would obviously be nice, but it's right to respect everyone's rhythms and manage their lives differently!
