Wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohner*in für unsere schöne 6-Zimmer-Wohnung im schönen Stadtteil Neustadt in Luzern. Du würdest die Wohnung mit Vera (28) und Milena (27) in einem geräumigen und gemütlichen Zuhause teilen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet alles, was du brauchst: viel Platz, einen komfortablen Wohnbereich, eine ausgestattete Küche und einen Abstellraum. Ausserdem gibt es eine zusätzliche Gästetoilette und ein Gästezimmer in der Wohnung.

Das auf den Fotos gezeigte Zimmer ist derzeit mein Zimmer. Es ist ca. 21 m² groß und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Berg Rigi und die Stadt Luzern. Es besteht jedoch auch die Möglichkeit, dass der neue Mitbewohner in das Gästezimmer einzieht und es sich zu eigen macht. Du würdest dir nur ein Badezimmer mit Milena teilen, da Vera ein eigenes Bad hat.

Wir suchen einen Nichtraucher, der respektvolles Zusammenleben schätzt.

We are looking for a new flatmate for our beautiful 6-room apartment in the lovely Neustadt area of Lucerne. You would be sharing the flat with Vera (28) and Milena (27) in a spacious and welcoming home.

The apartment is very spacious and offers everything you need: plenty of space, a comfortable living area, an equipped kitchen, and a storage room. There is also an additional guest toilet and a guest room in the flat.

The room shown in the photos is currently my room. It is approximately 21 m² and offers an amazing view of Mount Rigi and the city of Lucerne. However, there is also the possibility for the new flatmate to move into the guest room and make it their own. You would share one bathroom only with Milena, as Vera has her own en-suite bathroom.

We are looking for a non-smoker who enjoys respectful shared living.
