I am subletting my room for July and August 2025, but there is also an option for staying shorter periods! The room is in Luzern and cheap!

It’s a perfect option for anyone who needs a place to stay until they find a more permanent student accommodation. Also perfect for anyone needing a cheaper place to stay during summer travels or just to get away. Luzern is amazing in summer and super close to multiple hiking trails.

The room costs CHF400 per month, but I am ready to negotiate and agree on a much lower price, since I am looking for a person in a hasted fashion.

The whole apartment is huge. There are 2 rooms that can be used communally with one being like an atelier, where you could paint. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine (in the apartment). The apartment is very close to everything in Luzern, as it is quite central. (It’s about 12 min away by foot from the main station or Old Town is 10 min away.) The Gutsch forest is 5 mins away.

It’s likely you will only be living with one other roommate Rhea (20), because my neighbour is also moving away for summer. If we find another subletter, there will be 3 people in total in the apartment.

What’s more, the flat doesn’t get hot in summer, which I think is a fat plus!
