I am temporarily renting out a furnished room with bathroom in my cozy 4.5 room apartment. We share the living room and kitchen. The apartment is very centrally located, you can be at the train station in 10 minutes, there are nice cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and nature is not far away.
