For my sunny 3.5 room apartment in Rieden AG I am looking for a flatmate as of 01.06.2024 or upon agreement. For rent is a room (not furnished) 16 m2. The 3.5 room apartment has a partially equipped kitchen, as well as a large and sunny living room with balcony for common use. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and toilet. The apartment also has a storage room.
\- Laundry room with tumble dryer and drying room in the apartment building.
\- Cellar storage and bicycle storage available.
\- It may be possible to rent a parking space, but this must be agreed directly with the administration.
Bus stop in 3min walking distance. Shopping facilities (Migros, Coop, Denner) etc. within 10min walking distance.

The Gross Rent is CHF 835.- per month, With 800 monthly costs (incl. utilities, with year-end billing). Electricity, Serafe and Wifi on account (about 35 CHF monthly). Rental deposit of 2 months is requested as part of the contract. The leaving person will take some furniture and kitchen utensils with him/her, so the further furnishing of the living room and kitchen might have to be discussed with the new tenant. The room is to be self furnished.
The rental period is agreed by mutual agreement; however, it should be at least 8 months.

I (F, 30) work at ETH at the Institute for Particle Physics and Astrophysics as a PhD student. In my free time, I enjoy spending time in Nature doing outdoor Sports, and discovering new activities. Für meine 3,5-Zimmerwohnung in Rieden AG suche ich per 01.06.2024 oder nach Vereinbarung eine(n) Mitbewohner*in. Zu vermieten ist ein Zimmer (nicht möbliert) 16 m2.
Die 3,5-Zimmer-Wohnung hat Azeri Schlafzimmer, eine teilweise ausgestattete Küche, sowie ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Balkon zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Das Badezimmer ist mit Badewanne und WC ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt auch über einen Abstellraum.
\-Waschküche mit Tumbler und Trocknungsraum im Wohnhaus.
\-Kellerabteilung und Fahrradabstellplatz vorhanden.
\-Es besteht eventuell die Möglichkeit, einen Parkplatz zu mieten, dies muss jedoch direkt mit der Verwaltung abgesprochen werden.
Bushaltestelle in 3min zu Fuss erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Migros, Coop, Denner) etc. in 10min zu Fuss erreichbar.
Miete (Brutto): c.a. 835.- pro monat, mit Fixkosten CHF 800.- pro Monat inkl. Nebenkosten (mit Jahresendabrechnung). Elektrizität, SERAFE und Wifi auf Abrechnung (~35.-/Monat). Die austretende Person wird einige Möbel und Küche-Utensilien mitnehmen, so dass die weitere Ausstattung von Wohnzimmer und Küche mit dem neuen Mieter / Mieterin teilweise organisiert werden muss.

Die Mietdauer wird nach gegenseitiger Absprache vereinbart; sie sollte jedoch mindestens 8 Monate sein.

Ich (F, 30) arbeite an der ETH am "Institute for Particle Physics and Astrophysics". In mein frei Zeit mache ich gern viel Sport (e.g. Klettern, Wandern, usw).
