As I would be moving away from Baden for 6 months, I rent out my furnished room in a penthouse shared apartment from
January 2026 to June 2026 (01.01.2026 - 30.06.2026)
. It would be possible to move in already before the Christmas holidays.

The room comes with a bed (mattress, blankets and pillows included), desk, chair, two plants I hope you can take care of, shelves, a quite spacious wardrobe, a mirror. There is also room to store things in the basement.

All of the bedrooms are downstairs. Also downstairs is the bathroom and the utility room (yes there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer!!!).

Upstairs is a big living room with kitchen and a balcony that wraps around the top floor open-space room.

You would be sharing the apartment with 3 other roommates (2M, 1F, all late 20s), all of whom are young professionals. At home, English is our common language. We are quite busy with our work and other things so we do not really eat together but from time to time, we organise a barbecue or a bigger get-together with extended group of friends. Don't worry, you do not have to bake every Saturday for the WG.
