Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral: Nur 3 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Sissach entfernt, von dort sind es mit dem Schnellzug nur 18 Minuten bis Basel. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein modernes Bad, einen offenen Wohn- und Küchenbereich sowie einen Balkon. WLAN und Strom sind im Mietpreis enthalten, Heizkosten kommen noch hinzu.

Das Zimmer ist an eine ordentliche Frau (Pendlerin/Wochenaufenthalterin) zu vermieten. Aus persönlichen Gründen wird eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin bevorzugt.

Ich selbst bin berufstätig und schätze ein ruhiges, respektvolles Miteinander. Die Atmosphäre in der Wohnung ist entspannt und ordentlich. Das wünsche ich mir auch von dir.

The apartment is very centrally located: just a 3-minute walk from Sissach train station. From there, it's only 18 minutes by express train to Basel. The room is unfurnished. The apartment includes a modern bathroom, an open-plan living and kitchen area, and a balcony. Wi-Fi and electricity are included in the rent; heating costs are extra.

The room is available for rent to a tidy female tenant (commuter/weekly resident). For personal reasons, a female flatmate is preferred.

I work full-time and value a calm and respectful living environment. The atmosphere in the apartment is relaxed and orderly and I'd appreciate the same from you.
