In unserer 4er-WG wird ein Zimmer ab Ende März frei! (Das Datum des Einzugs ist flexibel).
Das Zimmer ist hell und ruhig und befindet sich im zweiten Stock des Hauses mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf die Berner Alpen.
Das Haus das wir ebenfalls mit zwei Katzen teilen, hat einen Garten mit einer Terrasse und einen Keller.
Es befindet sich umgeben von der Natur in Rubigen. Das Zentrum von Bern ist in 15 min vom Bahnhof des Dorfes aus erreichbar (5min zu Fuss). Alle Einkaufsläden (Volg, Coop, Denner) sind zu Fuss erreichbar.
Wir leben in einer gemeinschaftlichen WG und schätzen eine offene Kommunikation. Ein respektvoller Umgang und Selbstverantwortung sind uns wichtig damit sich alle wohlfühlen und einbringen können.
Die Miete beträgt 650frs inkl. Nebenkosten.

Hello!
A room will be available in our shared flat for 4 people from the end of March! (The date of moving in is flexible).
The room is bright and quiet and is located on the second floor of the house with a beautiful view of the Bernese Alps.
The house, which we also share with two cats, has a garden with a terrace and a cellar.
It is surrounded by nature in Rubigen. The centre of Bern can be reached in 15 minutes from the village train station (5 minutes on foot). All shops (Volg, Coop, Denner) are within walking distance.
We live in a shared flat and value open communication. Respectful interaction and personal responsibility are important to us so that everyone feels comfortable and can contribute.
The rent is 650frs including utilities.
