I’m subletting my room from July to mid-September, as I won’t be in Geneva during that time.
The apartment is located in the beautiful and lively Eaux-Vives neighborhood of Geneva, just a few minutes’ walk from the lake, the Jet d’Eau, Baby Plage, and Parc La Grange.
The apartment is about 90 m², on the 5th floor of a residential building, and includes a kitchen with a large dining table, an entrance hall with a corridor, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with a shower.
The room, approximately 13 m², is located at the back of the apartment, quiet and facing away from the main street.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. There’s also a dishwasher, a basement storage space, free laundry facilities in the building, and a bike room. Migros, Coop, and Denner are nearby, and the bus stops right in front of the building.
