We are looking for a new flatmate to share our lovely flat in Bussigny.

The room is for rent is available from 1st March
. The rent is 940 CHF/month all included, thus with electricity, heating, WiFi, serafe. There is also the possibility to use the furniture inside (bedframe, nightstand and wardrobe).
The flat has a cozy living room with a balcony overlooking a garden. Then a big kitchen, three rooms, a bathroom and separate toilet, there is also a cellar with storage and a laundry room in the basement.
Train station is a 10-minute walk, the bus stop for going to Lausanne is a 5 minutes walk. For parking you can buy a macaron at the municipality and park in the street or rent the parking spot of the house for 100 CHF/month.
We are looking for a person who is a worker, non-smoking, clean, independent and open-minded :) who will see the house as a place to unwind and relax.
In the flat we are two guys, workers, both around 32 years old, we are easy going, open-minded, with international background, sporty and travelers.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un nouveau colocataire pour partager notre bel appartement à Bussigny.

La chambre est disponible à partir du 1er Mars
. Le loyer est de 940 CHF/mois tout compris, incluant donc l'électricité, le chauffage, le WiFi, serafe. C’est aussi possible d’utiliser les meubles de base dans la chambre (cadre lit, table de chevetarmoire)
L'appartement dispose d'un salon confortable avec un balcon donnant sur un jardin. Puis une grande cuisine, trois chambres, une salle de bain et des toilettes séparées, il y a également une cave avec rangement et une buanderie au sous-sol.
La gare est à 10 minutes à pied et l'arrêt de bus pour Lausanne est à 5 minutes. Pour vous garer, vous pouvez acheter un macaron à la municipalité et vous garer dans la rue ou louer la place parking de la maison (100 CHF/mois).
Nous recherchons idéalement une personne qui travaille, non fumeuse, propre, indépendante et ouverte d'esprit 🙂 qui verra la maison comme un lieu de détente.
Dans l'appartement, nous sommes deux hommes, travailleurs, autour de 32 ans, nous sommes faciles à vivre, ouverts d'esprit, on a vécu dans plusieurs pays, sportifs et voyageurs.
