I am looking to sublet my room in a 4-bedroom apartment from the beginning of/mid February to the end of June. There are two bus stops very near (Crissier Zinguerie, Crissier Marcolet) that take you to the Renens train/metro station in 5min. In addition, there's a huge Coop supermarket right next door.

The room is 14m2 and can be furnished (a 90x200cm bed with conforter, a desk with a chair, a closet and a shelf). There are two bathrooms, one laundry room on the floor, a locker in the basement for storage and a small terrasse next to our apartment. The kitchen also contains a huge freezer and there are two couches. The other roommates are students (20-25yo) and everyone is pretty quiet and discreet but very nice.

I am subletting this room from February until the end of my rental lease in the end of June. I don’t know yet where I will be next autumn but it is quite probable that I won’t be in Lausanne meaning that there would be a possibility of keeping the room.

I could give you the room as soon as the 2nd of February (or a few days later if you don’t want it furnished). If you have any question or want to come and visit the room let me know!
