I’m moving out of my shared apartment (2.5 rooms, flatmate is a lovely first-year EPFL PhD student), and I’m looking for someone interested taking over the room, and possibly the whole flat.

⁃ Storage room

. Utilities and internet are not included.

from Dec. 22
. Ideally, I am looking for someone who is interested in:

⁃ Subletting the room until February 2026; and
⁃ Taking over the lease for the whole flat (alone, or with someone else, total rent is CHF 1'720 (flat) + CHF 100 (parking spot) / month) from March 2026.

extremely conveniently located at Rue de la Mèbre in Renens
