Room is getting available in our shared apartment, starting November 15th!

My roommate is giving up her ~19m2 room for 840 CHF/month all-inclusive (utilities, wifi, etc.). It is a lease takeover until August 2026 that includes only the room. It will be possible to discuss an extension with the management when the time comes.

You will live in a two-story apartment with a kitchen, living room, toilet, bathroom (with bathtub), dining room (which we use more for studying), and two storage rooms. You will share the apartment with me, 23, who is at EHL, Gian, 22, who is at EPFL, Louis, 24, who has just finished his studies at EPFL, and Wissal, 20, who is at HEC at the university.

Nous cherchons une nouvelle personnes pour rentrer dans notre colocatation à partir du 15 novembre :)

Ma colocataire remet sa chambre de ~19m2 pour 840 CHF/mois tout inclus (charge, wifi, etc.). C'est une reprise de bail jusqu'au août 2026 qui comprend uniquement la chambre. Il sera possible de voir avec la gérance le moment venu pour une prolongation.

Tu vivras dans un appartement de 2 étages avec cuisine, salon, toilette, salle de bain (avec baignoire), salle à manger (qu'on utilise davantage pour étudier, et deux cagibis. Tu partageras l'appartement avec moi, Cosima 23 ans qui est à l'EHL, Gian, 22 ans qui est à l'EPFL, Louis, 24 ans, qui vient de finir ses études à l'EPFL et Wissal 20 ans à l'HEC à l'Uni.
