\- Reprise soumise a l'accord de la gerance.

COLOCATAIRE Etudiante en master et en emploi, 23 ans. Nous cherchons un profil similaire : etudiant(e) ou jeune actif/active, calme, soigne(e) et fiable.

\- Metro M1 (Montelly) : 8 min a pied
\- Nouvelle ligne de tram vers le centre, prevue debut 2027

\- Takeover subject to the landlord agency's approval.

FLATMATE
Master's student who also works, 23 years old. We're looking for a similar profile: student or young professional, quiet, tidy and reliable.
