Ich suche für mein gemütliches Zimmer in unserer tollen 3er-WG aufgrund eines Auslandssemesters einen Untermieter für die Zeit von August bis Ende Jahr. Bei den genauen Daten bin ich flexibel.
Das WG-Zimmer ist grosszügig und hat auch einen privates Badezimmer mit Dusche und Wc. Die Wohnung im Allgemeinen ist sehr Modern (Baujahr 2023) und hat 2 Balkone. Vor dem Wohnblock befindet sich gleich die Bushaltestelle (8min Fahrzeit bis zum Bahnhof Luzern).

I’m looking for a subtenant for my cozy room in our great 3-person shared apartment, as I’ll be spending a semester abroad. The sublease would be from August until the end of the year, but I’m flexible with the exact dates.
The room is spacious and comes with a private bathroom including a shower and toilet. The apartment itself is very modern (built in 2023) and has two balconies. There is a bus stop right in front of the building, with an 8-minute ride to Lucerne train station.
