Per 1. September suche ich auf ein/e Nachmieter/in für meine WG Zimmer. Das Zimmer kommt unmöbliert. Ich suche auf jemandem, der die aktuelle Möbel kaufen wird.

Das Apartment findet sich in eine ruhige Lage und ist sehr gut mit dem ÖV verbunden. Linien 64 und 80 sind nach 5 Gehminuten verfügbar und Linie 32 nach 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Das Zimmer verfügt über ein Balkon. Die Küche und das Badezimmer sind zu teilen.

I‘m looking for someone to take over my room in a shared flat with 1st of September. The room comes unfurnished and I am looking for someone to buy my furniture.

The apartment is situated in a quiet area and is really good connected to the public transport. Lines 64 and 80 are at a 5 minutes walking distance and line 32 is situated at a 15 minutes walking distance.

The room has it‘s own balcony. The kitchen and bedroom are shared with the other flatmates.
