I’m Federico and I’m moving in another apartment on the 1st of May, so I’m subletting my room for the remaining 2 months that this building is gonna have (is gonna be tear down presumably on the 1st of July, so my contract finishes on the 30th of June).

The room is the first coming inside the flat and is 14m2 with parquet floor, with the view on Helvetiaplatz.
The room is furnished with a double size bed (180×210), a standing wardrobe, desk with a chair, a mirror and a little bedside table (not the grey one that you can see, cause probably will be moved in my new apartment).
After these 2 months I’m gonna move this furniture in my new apartment.

The apartment is on the 1st floor (no lift) and has in total 4 rooms (3 bedrooms and 1 kitchen/living room), 1 bathroom and the hallway.
Washing tower (washing and tumbler), sofa and table with chairs in the kitchen.
Bathroom with shower and bathtub.
In the backyard you can also park your bike.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

An easy going person, also dog lover cause one of the 2 flatmates owns a beautiful and loving dog called Elsa.
The room is gonna be rented for the whole two months, so the payment is gonna be directly 2100 CHF (1050 CHF x 2 months).
You’re also gonna have the possibility to register at this address.

WE ARE:

Your flatmates are gonna be Lorenzo S. (2nd room) e Lorenzo N. (3rd room), they both work in a restaurant and they like to share some moments all together, but also to have their own privacy.
They speak English and Italian.
Elsa (the dog) is the queen of the house of course :)))
