Das Haus liegt ca. 5 min zu Fuss vom See, Biregg Wald und dem Einkaufszentrum Schönbühl (Coop, Migros, Post, Bäck, Aldi usw)entfernt. Mit dem Velo oder Bus bis du nur in 7-10 Minuten an Bahnhof oder du kaufst dem See entlang und hast rund 30 Minuten schönen Spaziergang. Busverbindung mit Linie 6, 8 und 21 alle 8-15 Minuten je nach Tageszeit.

Das modern Haus hat 3 Stockwerke. Im EG ist ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Cheminée, moderne Küche und Esszimmer, Eingangsbereich und neues Gäste WC. Im OG sind vier Schlafzimmer und ein das Bad. Um UG ist das Zimmer zur zwischen Miete verfügbar von 30.01. - 27.03.27

Wir sind

Studies/Teilzeit arbeitend und Reisende zwischen 25-38. Welt bereist, abenteuerlustig, gerne unterwegs und lieben unseres ruhiges Zuhause um so mehr, wenn wir da sind. Wenn du mehr von uns wissen möchtest, schreib uns um einen Besichtigungstermin abzumachen. Dann lässt sich auch besser kennenlernen.


Close to/from:

The house is about 5 minutes walk away from the lake, the forest and the shopping centre Schönbühl. With a bike or by bus you are at the city Center/main station in about 7-10 Minutes or you take a walk along the lake to the city about 30 minutes. The bus lines 6, 8 und 21 are running from your place every 8-15 minutes depends on the time of the day.


Your future home

The house has two stores, which are fully to our use. On the ground floor we have a spacious modern living area with large living room, modern kitchen and dining area, entrance area and new guest bathroom with a shower. The ground floor has been completely remodelled. On the 1st floor are our four bedrooms in the -1 is the studio available from 30.01 - 27.03.2026
The side costs like electricity are all included in the rent.

A new subrenter for our home. You are open, communicative, flexible and stand on your own two feet? You know how to appreciate a cosy home and you know how to use a hoover? Do you like to be on the move but also like to spend a quiet evening at home? A good living environment is also important for you?.
