Ich biete ein 27m² grosses Doppelzimmer in meiner EFH WG an. Das Zimmer ist teilweise möbliert (nur falls erwünscht). Das Haus und der Garten sind dafür gut ausgestattet inkl. Katze und ab sofort verfügbar.
Mein Kater und ich suchen offene Mitbewohner:innen mit Interesse an Zürich und all ihren Vorzügen mitten im Kreis 5. Bei uns ist die Stimmung entspannt und Gäste aus aller Welt sind immer willkommen.
Unser kleiner Garten ist perfekt für eine Auszeit oder um mit den Nachbarn zu quatschen. Und die Lage? Ideal, um das Zürcher Kulturprogramm Tag und Nacht zu erkunden oder um in alle Richtungen vom Hauptbahnhof zu pendeln.

I’m offering a 27m² double room in my single-family house. The room is partially furnished (only if desired). The house and the garden are well equipped, incl. a cat and available immediately.
My cat and I are looking for open-minded roommates with an interest in Zurich and all its advantages in the middle of District 5. With us, the atmosphere is relaxed and guests from all over the world are always welcome.
Our small garden is perfect for a break or to chat with the neighbours. And the location? Ideal for exploring Zurich's cultural programme day and night or commute in all directions from the main train station.
