Hello there / hoi zsäme
I (Christain) live in a cute 4 room appartment in the center of Zurich, right next to Stauffacher tram station. Currently it is only myself living here, i am looking to rent out 1 room to share the appartment with me. Specifically as a purpose driven appartment, socializing is possible, but by no means expected or necessary. The room to be rented I estimate about 15sqm, furnished with a single bed, small wardrobe and big wardrobe, if you wish to add anything, you’re free to do so. 2 room will remain for myself and the 4th room will remain as a shared area / living room that you can see in the picture.
The contract will be on the basis of a furnished room - if either you or me decide to cancel it, there is a 3 month period to move out once you or me canceled the contract.
I might rent out a second room in the future.
