A comfortable room is available for immediate move-in. Another room also on this House is also available for imediato move-in but is less expensive and smaller (ad also on Flatfox).

A security deposit of 2000 CHF is required at the time of signing the contract.

All utilities are included in the price. The apartment also offers free access to a washing machine and dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, air fryer, plates, glasses and pans, etc, everything you need for convenient daily living.

A reserved parking space is also available for rent for an additional 100 CHF per month.
