Dear prospective tenant,

we are looking for a new female roommate for our cozy 3-person shared apartment located at Luegislandstrasse ~ 8051 Schwamendingen, District 12.
The available room is 23 m2 in size, furnished, and can be occupied from 20.09 2024. The room includes a bed, wardrobe, desk, and more.

The 3-room apartment is on the 1st floor and offers an unobstructed view of the meadow. Although the apartment does not have a living room, we have a small balcony on the kitchen side and a comfortable dining area that invites shared enjoyment.

The location is extremely convenient, with Schwamendingerplatz only about 7 minutes away. From there, you have access to tram stops and shopping facilities such as Coop, Migros, Denner, and the post office. The university (USZ, ETH, or UTH) is approximately 12 minutes away by tram.

The monthly rent is 980 CHF and includes internet, radio fees (Serafe), electricity, heating, hot water, Netflix, inventory, and more. Two rental deposits are required for the security deposit.


* About us: I am Isy, 28 years old, working as a dental assistant, and I am sociable. In good weather, I enjoy traveling and reading a lot. Due to my work commitments, I am often not at home. I speak German, English, and Portuguese.
* Catarina is also part of the shared apartment, characterized by her amiable nature and humor. She mainly speaks Portuguese and a bit of English.
* Douglas is in Holiday because of that the room is temporary free

Liebe Interessentin,
wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere gemütliche 3er WG an der Luegislandstrasse ~ 8051 Schwamendingen, Kreis 12.
Das verfügbare Zimmer ist 23 m2 groß, möbliert und kann ab dem absofort bezogen werden. Zimmer enthält: Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und etc..

Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock und bietet eine freie Sicht auf die Wiese. Obwohl die Wohnung kein Wohnzimmer hat, verfügen wir auf der Küchenseite über einen kleinen Balkon und einen gemütlichen Essplatz, der zum gemeinsamen Genießen einlädt.

Die Lage ist äußerst praktisch: Der Schwamendingerplatz ist nur etwa 7 Minuten entfernt, von wo aus du Zugang zu Tramhaltestellen sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Coop, Migros, Denner und die Post hast. Die Universität (USZ, ETH oder UTH) ist etwa 12 Minuten mit dem Tram entfernt.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 980 CHF und beinhaltet Internet, Radiogebühren (Serafe), Strom, Heizung, Warmwasser, Netflix, Inventar und mehr. Für die Kaution werden zwei Mietkautionsdepots verlangt.


* Zu uns: Ich bin Isy, 28 Jahre alt, arbeite als Dentalassistentin und bin gesellig. Bei gutem Wetter unternehme ich gerne Reisen und lese viel. Da ich viel arbeite, bin ich öfters nicht zu Hause. Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch und Portugiesisch.
* Catarina ist ebenfalls Teil der WG und zeichnet sich durch ihre liebenswerte Art und ihren Humor aus. Sie spricht hauptsächlich Portugiesisch und ein wenig Englisch.
* Douglas ist in den Ferien
