In einem gemütlichen Zweifamilienhaus wartet ein 16 m² grosses, möbliertes Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon auf einen netten und entspannten Mitbewohner/in. Das Zimmer ist lichtdurchflutet und bietet eine angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre – perfekt zum Ankommen und Wohlfühlen.

Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 2er-WG. Das Badezimmer mit Duschwanne wird gemeinsam genutzt. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen im Haus zur Verfügung.

Die Lage ist super: ruhig gelegen und dennoch schnell mitten im Geschehen. Die Haltestelle Winzerstrasse befindet sich direkt vor der Tür, sodass du bequem in die Stadt gelangst.

Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. April für zwei Monate verfügbar. Das genaue Auszugsdatum ist flexibel und kann gemeinsam abgestimmt werden.

Du würdest die Wohnung mit Thesna teilen – eine herzliche Mitbewohnerin, die ein gepflegtes und entspanntes WG-Leben schätzt. Sie arbeitet viel im Homeoffice und verbringt ihre Freizeit gerne draussen in der Natur.

In a cosy two-family house, a bright, fully furnished 16 m² room with its own balcony is available for a friendly and easy-going flatmate. The room is filled with natural light and offers a calm and pleasant atmosphere – perfect for settling in and feeling at home.

The room is part of a 2-person flat share. The bathroom with bathtub and shower is shared. Washing machine and dryer are available in the house.

The location is excellent: quiet surroundings while still being well connected. The Winzerstrasse stop is right outside the door, making it easy to reach the city quickly.

The room is available from 1 April for two months. The exact move-out date is flexible and can be discussed together.

You would be sharing the flat with Thesna, a warm and friendly flatmate who appreciates a clean and relaxed shared living environment. She works a lot from home and enjoys spending her free time outdoors and in nature.
