I am subletting a furnished room in 4-person apartment
until May 31st
(there may be a possibility of extension/taking over main contract afterwards). All furniture in the pictures stays for the sublet. We have a dishwasher and a washing machine to our flat's disposition, there is also a tumble dryer and drying space shared in the basement with 2 other flats, and storage space in the attic.
The apartment is situated right next to Wartau stop, from which you can get to:
\- nearest shops in Höngg district centre: 3 mins,
\- ETH Hönggerberg campus: 5-8 mins,
\- Bahnhof Altstetten: 10 mins,
\- HB: 20 mins.

Your flatmates would be 1 student and 1 person working in IT (1M/1F, age 19), and we're looking for one more tenant besides you. We are rather a functional WG but with friendly atmosphere between tenants, speaking English and German.

You are welcome to apply if you're a student, PhD student or working person, preferrably in your 20s.
Proof of your student status and/or income will be required by the landlord!
