The shared apartment is on the 5th floor in a modern apartment complex in Oerlikon. It's only a 3-minute walk to tram 10/11 (and thus 15 minutes to the main train station/10 minutes to the airport). There's a Coop just two buildings away, and other supermarkets are only a few minutes away.

The room is fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, bedside table, etc.) and is approximately 15 m^2 in size. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen, where everyone has their own cupboards and refrigerator. In addition to the beautiful living area, there is also a balcony and access to the roof terrace with an excellent view over Zurich. A cleaning team comes by every week to take care of the bathrooms and kitchen. This is already included in the utilities. In addition, there is a washing machine and dryer in the adjoining room, as well as two drying rooms and a bicycle storage room. Parking spaces for visitors are also available.

A total of 5 people live in the shared apartment. Currently, these are Arthur, Daniel, Manuel, and Tobias (between 21 and 32 years old). Some of them are studying, some of them are working. We like to eat together, watch sports or play some games once in a while. But that's not a must : )
We are looking for a roommate (preferably between 18 and 35) starting December 1, 2025. You are also welcome to move in a week earlier free of charge if you wish. The lease for the apartment is initially valid until August 31, 2026, but can usually be extended for another year.
