I'm renting out a room in a modern, stylishly furnished 3.5-room apartment with 104 m2 in Uitikon Waldegg, a low tax community and recreation and area right next to Zurich city. The bedroom is about 15 m2, furnished with a bed (160cm wide), bedside table, wooden wardrobe, sideboard, wooden table with chair and paintings. Cellar available as shared storage space.



You have your own bathroom (toiled also used by our guests and the bathroom is also used for hanging clothes to dry). In addition to the rent of CHF 1'490, there is a flat rate of CHF 170 for furniture, SERAFE, WiFi, cleaning lady (approx. every 2 weeks), electricity, heating and ancillary costs.



Nearby: bus stop "Waldegg, Leuen", Migros, Coop, restaurants, café, tennis, swimming pool, wellness.



I'm male, 37 years old, speaking E/D/F/I/Sp/Ro and I'm looking for a roommate for an LGBTQ-friendly 2-person flat-share. In 2024, I will often be on the road for work, I'd say I'm neat, clean and sociable. It's also ok if you're looking for something temporary and just planning to staying for a couple of months.

Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 m2 gross und wird möbliert vermietet mit einem Bett (160cm breit), Nachttisch, Holzschrank, Sideboard, Holztisch mit Stuhl, Bilder. Keller vorhanden als Stauraum.



Eigenes WC/Bad, welches auch als Gäste-WC und zum Kleider trocknen benutzt wird. Zzgl. zur Miete von CHF 1'490 kommen pauschal CHF 170 für Möblierung, SERAFE, WiFi, Putzfrau (ca. alle 2 Wochen), Strom, Heiz- und Nebenkosten.



In der Nähe: Busstation "Waldegg, Leuen", Migros, Coop, Restaurants, Café, Tennis, Schwimmbad, Wellness.



Ich bin männlich, 37 Jahre alt, spreche E/D/F/I/Sp/Ro und suche eine:n Mitbewohner:in für eine LGBTQ-freundliche 2er-WG.
