I (26 male PhD student) am looking for one person to sublet a room in my flat in Leimbach. The apartment is fully furnished, including the room which has a bed, drawers and shelves ready for a new tenant.

The room itself is 11 m2, and can fit an extra desk if you want to home office. The living area is very spacious (59 m2).
There are 2 bathrooms, so 1 per person.

The flat is located just 1 minute away from Leimbach Banhof, where you can reach Zurich HB in 12 minutes.
You also get a direct access to nature with Uetliberg nearby.

Ideally I would like to find someone my age who is open to socialising and hanging out together in the evening, but I will consider everyone.
For the moment I am looking to rent out the room for the next 6 months at no extra charge, with a possibility to extend beyond that.
