⁠Zimmer: Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei, 15qm Quadratmeter gross und zur Südseite ausgerichtet. Das Zimmer wird möbiliert und befristet bis Ende Juni 2026 vermietet.
Preis: 650 CHF/ Monat, möbiliert, befristet, ab sofort oder 01. Oktober.
Zur Lage der Wohnung:

•⁠ ⁠Universität: 7 Minuten zu Fuss (auf halbem Hügel), 3 Minuten zur Buslinie Olma Messen und 3 Minuten zur Buslinie Dufourstrasse, du musst also nie hochlaufen wenn du von oder in die Stadt willst.
•⁠ ⁠Marktplatz ist 10 Minuten zu Fuss
•⁠ ⁠Migros, Denner & Lidl sind ebenfalls 10 Min zu Fuss
Um das Haus hat es blaue Zone, falls du ein Auto hast, Anwohner können hier die Monatsbewilligung für 40Fr. erwerben.
Mietzins für dein Zimmer inkludiert Internet, Nebenkosten, sowie Strom und Wasser
Deine MitbewohnerInnen studieren alle im Master und sprechen alle Schweizerdeutsch/ Deutsch sowie natürlich Englisch.
Ausstattung:
Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und ausgestattet mit allem, was du brauchst. Geschirrspüler & Kühlschrank wurden 2022 ersetzt. In den Einbauschränken im Gang hast du weiteren, dir zur Verfügung stehenden Platz. Bad & WC sind getrennt, so dass das WG Leben zu viert sehr entspannt ist. Am 20qm Wohnzimmer gibt es einen grossen Balkon, der mit Grill zum Entspannen einlädt und einen guten Ausblick zur Stadt und dem Säntis gewährt. Gerne wird zusammen am Abend gekocht, im Sommer gegrillt, ausgegangen oder etwas unternommen.
Die Waschmaschine und der Tumbler befinden sich im Keller, wobei es keinen fixen Waschplan gibt, da die Waschmaschine nur von 3 Parteien genutzt wird und so immer genug Platz ist.
Alle Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig und freundlich, wir hatten in den 3 Jahren noch nie Probleme.

Room:
The room is available as of now or as of 01. October, is 15 sqm in size, and faces south. It comes furnished.
Rent: 650 CHF/month, furnished, limited term until end of June 2026, available as of now or 01. October.
Location of the flat:
1st floor
•⁠ ⁠University: 7 minutes on foot (halfway up the hill), 3 minutes to the Olma Messen bus line and 3 minutes to the Dufourstrasse line, so you never have to walk uphill when heading to or from town.
•⁠ ⁠The market square is a 10-minute walk.
•⁠ ⁠Migros, Denner & Lidl are also 10 minutes away on foot.
The house is located in a blue parking zone. If you have a car, you can get a resident permit for 40 CHF per month.
Rent includes internet, utilities, electricity and water.
Your flatmates are all Master's students and speak Swiss German/German & Italian, as well as English of course.
Facilities:
The flat is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The dishwasher and fridge were replaced in 2022. There’s additional space for you in the built-in wardrobes in the hallway. Bathroom and toilet are separate, which makes shared living with four people very relaxed. The 20 sqm living room opens up to a large balcony with a barbecue, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of the city and Säntis mountain. We often cook together in the evenings, grill in the summer, go out or do things together.
The washing machine and dryer are in the basement. There’s no fixed schedule since the machines are only shared between three households, so there’s always enough availability.
All neighbours are quiet and friendly – we’ve never had any issues in the past three years.
