We’re two girls in our 30s (from Germany and Austria), looking for a new flatmate to join our cosy home in beautiful Seefeld.



About us:
One of us works in banking, the other in marketing. We both work a lot and are often out and about, so the flat is usually pretty quiet. It’s definitely not a party place, but a warm, welcoming — and very clean — spot to come home to. We value respect and easy living, and we’d love someone with a similar vibe. We’re laid-back and considerate, but always up for a laugh when our paths cross.


Who we’re looking for:
A girl in her late 20s to mid-30s who’s also working in Zürich and appreciates the balance of sharing a space while giving each other room.


The flat:



* Fantastic location: 3 minutes to Badi Utoquai, supermarkets, cafés and the lake right at your doorstep
* Public transport: 5 min walk to Stadelhofen station, 2 min to Kreuzstrasse tram stop
* Balcony (accessible through one of the bedrooms)
* Your own bathroom with bathtub (two bathrooms in total)
* Washing machine and dryer in the flat
* Steam cooker
* Parking space available on request (extra cost)
* Excellent cleaning lady every 2–3 weeks (CHF 33 contribution each time)
* Fully furnished — just bring your suitcase!


Rent:
Includes everything except the cleaning contribution.


Move-in:
1 December 2025.
