(Kreuzestrasse, 8008) : Ideally located, just a short walk from the lake, Stadelhofen station and the city centre, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. There's also a grocery store right around the corner (coop, denner), which is super convenient for everyday shopping.


Roommates
: You'll be living with two great guys in their early 30s ; smart, easy-going, respectful, and clean. English and French speaking.


Rent
: 1,600 CHF per month, utilities included. A security deposit of 4,260 CHF is required (equivalent to 3 months excluding utilities).


Fully furnished
: Both the flat and the room come fully furnished. Being able to take over the furniture is a key criteria. The total cost is 2,380 CHF and includes a share of the common furniture as well as everything in the room (bed, mattress, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, computer screens, and other items). I can provide a full inventory if you're interested (nb: I'm not making any profit on it).
