I am looking for a tenant to replace my contract with Room Estate.

I plan on leaving on date 29.09.2024. You will enjoy all perks provided by Room Estate including wifi and biweekly cleaning of the common areas.

The room is large and well lit with large windows. The bathroom is in common with another roommate and directly accessible from inside the room. The house is very large, with two common areas, one kitchen, two patios, and an outside garden which is managed by the condominium but is de facto private to the apartment (which is the only one with direct access). Other 7 people live in the apartment, mostly university students. The general atmosphere is quiet and uncomplicated.

The apartment is close to the Seebach tram/bus stop. There are several supermarkets close by.

The final agreement is going to be made with Room Estate, but I will help mediating. I also plan on organizing visit.
