I am renting out my room for the month of October since I will be travelling. You would be joining my lovely room mate Fiona (29) in our central apartment surrounded by various shops in walking distance (Migros, Coop and Aldi all in 5min) and just 10min from the train station by foot. The apartment was freshly renovated last year and there is also a roof terrace that can be used by all people living in the building.

The room is fairly large at 17m2 and receives plenty of morning and midday sun.

Ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer diesen Oktober, weil ich dann auf Reisen sein werde. Du würdest mit meiner wundervollen Mitbewohnerin Fiona unsere zentrale Wohnung in Gehdistanz von verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Migros, Coop und Aldi alle 5min) und dem 10min entfernten Bahnhof teilen. Ausserdem wurde die Wohnung letztes Jahr frisch renoviert und es steht eine Dachterrasse zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung.

Das Zimmer selber ist mit 17m2 geräumig und erhält an sonnigen Tagen morgens und mittags viel Sonne.
