Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche und einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Garten. Im unteren Stockwerk gibt es einen Abstellraum und ein kostenloser Wasch- und Trockenraum.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Kapellenstrasse, nur 8 Minuten zu Fuss vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und mit sehr guter Anbindung an die Aare. Supermarkt und Tram- sowie Bushaltestelle sind nur eine Strasse entfernt.
Mietpreis: 800.- pro Monat (ohne Strom)

Über mich:
w/39 Jahre alt, arbeite in einem Büro in der Nähe und gehe meistens zum Mittagessen in die Wohnung; zwei Nächte pro Woche habe ich Events und bin daher nicht zu Hause.
Ich bin offen, praktisch, dynamisch, organisiert und lege Wert darauf, dass die Wohnung sauber bleibt (deshalb liebe ich meinen Staubsaugerroboter).

About the place:
A furnished room will be available for one person starting November 22, 2025. It has an exterior window and a built-in wardrobe.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a balcony with a view of the garden. On the lower level, there’s a storage room and a free laundry and drying area.
The apartment is located on Kapellenstrasse, just an 8-minute walk from the main train station and with easy access to the Aare river. A supermarket and tram/bus stop are just one street away.
Rent: 800.- per month (energy not included).

About me:
F, 39, I work in an office nearby and usually come home for lunch. Two nights a week I have events, so I’m out of the house.
I’m open-minded, flexible, dynamic, organized, and I like to keep the apartment clean (that’s why I’m a fan of my robot vacuum).
