Wir, eine 3er-WG in einem schönen Altbau im Monbijou, suchen ab sofort eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in (Wochenaufenthalter/in) für unsere Mansarde.


Zu uns:


* Ismael (24): Ich habe an der Uni Bern studiert und arbeite jetzt zusammen mit Marco an einem Tech-Startup. Ich spiele gerne Basketball, gehe gerne in den Ausgang und mag spannende Gespräche spät am Abend in der Küche.
* Marco (22): Ich habe an der Uni Bern studiert und arbeite mit Ismael an einem Startup. Ich bin immer zu haben, neue Sachen zu unternehmen.
* Simon (23): Ich studiere BWL an der Uni Bern, mache gerne Fitness und koche gerne für mich und meine Freundin.

Wir schätzen offene, lustige Gespräche und unternehmen ab und zu gerne etwas in der Stadt. Zu Hause legen wir Wert auf Ordnung und wir haben es gerne harmonisch.


Zur Mansarde:

Die Mansarde befindet sich im 5. Stock und ist möbliert. Es gibt mehrere Einbauschränke für Stauraum. Auf demselben Stockwerk befindet sich ein Gemeinschafts-WC. Du kannst natürlich die gesamte Wohnung mitbenutzen.


Zur Wohnung:

Unsere 3-Zimmer-Wohnung ist im 2. Stock. Die Küche wurde kürzlich renoviert und ist mit einem grossen Geschirrspüler und einem modernen Ofen ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist hell und geräumig. Da es eine 3-Zimmer ist, hat es kein Wohnzimmer. Im Keller gibt es zwei Waschmaschinen und einen Trockner, die gratis und ohne Waschplan genutzt werden können. Zudem stehen dir ein grosser Keller- und Estrichraum sowie ein abschliessbarer Fahrradabstellplatz zur Verfügung.


Lage:

Ein Highlight! Die Mansarde ist:

* 5 Minuten zu Fuss vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt
* 2 Minuten zu Fuss bis zum Hirschengraben
* Anbindung an diverse ÖV-Linien


Wen wir suchen:

Eine/n unkomplizierte/n, aufgeschlossene/n Wochenaufenthalter/in. Am besten würdest du 6 Monate oder länger in der WG bleiben.
Uns ist wichtig, dass die Chemie stimmt, weshalb wir uns freuen würden, dich einfach persönlich kennenzulernen. :)

We, a 3-person shared flat in a beautiful old building in Monbijou, are looking for a new flatmate (weekly resident) for our attic room, available immediately.


About us:

Ismael (24):
I studied at the University of Bern and now work with Marco on a tech startup. I enjoy playing basketball, going out, and having deep conversations late at night in the kitchen.

Marco (22):
I also studied at the University of Bern and work with Ismael on our startup. I'm always up for trying new things.

Simon (23):
I'm studying business administration at the University of Bern. I enjoy working out and cooking for myself and my girlfriend.

We value open, fun conversations and occasionally enjoy doing things together in the city. At home, we care about keeping things tidy and maintaining a harmonious atmosphere.


About the attic room:

The attic room is on the 5th floor and comes furnished. There are several built-in closets for storage. A shared toilet is located on the same floor. Of course, you're welcome to use the entire apartment.


About the apartment:

Our 3-room apartment is on the 2nd floor. The kitchen was recently renovated and includes a large dishwasher and a modern oven. The bathroom is bright and spacious. As it's a 3-room apartment, there’s no living room. In the basement, there are two washing machines and a dryer that can be used for free and without a schedule. You’ll also have access to a large cellar and attic storage space, as well as a lockable bike storage area.


Location:

A highlight! The attic room is:


* 5 minutes on foot from the main train station
* 2 minutes on foot from Hirschengraben
* Well connected to various public transport lines


Who we're looking for:

An easygoing, open-minded flatmate or weekly commuter. Ideally, you'd stay with us for 6 months or longer.
It's important to us that the chemistry is right, so we're really looking forward to getting to know you in person. :)
