Dear future resident, this furnished room awaits you available as of now and until March 30th (certain flexibility possible). The room is overlooking a quiet garden and sees lot's of sunshine due to it's south-facing window. The flat is in a beautiful old building in Höngg, close to ETH Hönggerberg and Uni Irchel. You are welcome to use the garden, which has a covered seating area. By tram, the city center of Zurich is only 15 min away; bar and restaurant area Hardbrücke less then 10 min. The room is currently furnished with a big wardrobe, sideboard and double bed (we can remove one bed if you prefer a single bed). The house has celebrated it's 100th birthday last year, so it has lot's of charme and character. The whole flat is currently empty, so if you want to bring your flatmates, please do. Otherwise it's first come - first served. Final word: The whole house will undergo renovation next spring, which is why the rental is limited until then.
