Für eine Übernahme unmöbliert senkt sich der Mietpreis um 50 CHF/ monatlich. Im Mietpreis enthalten ist eine Putzfrau, die im 14 Tageszyklus die gesamte Wohnung reinigt.

I case of a wish for furniture i would change the bed sofa which is now in for a proper box spring bed and nice big cupboard. For a subrent without furniture the price drops off 50CHF. Included in the price is a cleaning woman coming each 2 weeks to clean the whole appartment.
