Looking for a roommate in Winterthur – move-in from July 1st

I’m looking for a respectful and tidy person to share the flat with me starting July 1st. The room will be mostly empty — just the sofa bed and wardrobe might stay, but we can discuss that.

A few things that are important to me:
• No smokers
• Clean and considerate in shared spaces
• Reliable when it comes to shared responsibilities (bills, cleaning, etc.)
• Looking for someone who wants to stay long-term (at least 1 year)

About the flat: It’s in a nice, quiet area of Winterthur with good connection to the city center. The apartment has everything you need and a good vibe.
