Very close to the University of Zurich (Irchel Campus) tram 9 is right outside and takes 10 minutes to reach university. Close to stettbach, (10 minutes walk) can be reached to Zurich HB in 8 minutes by train.

You'll be sharing the place with two other people. Matthew and Tim. They're very easy going and uncomplicated people.

The security deposit for the place is three months of salary.
