In unserer schönen Dachwohnung im Kreis 4 wird ab sofort ein Zimmer frei, und wir (m/w) suchen dafür eine unkomplizierte, natürliche Mitbewohnerin mit eigenem Alltag, die Lust auf ein entspanntes, respektvolles Zusammenleben in einer 3er-WG hat. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock und erstreckt sich über drei Etagen, tägliches Fitnessprogramm also inklusive. :)

Die Wohnung ist ca. 180 m² gross, komplett eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht: zwei Badezimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie Waschmaschine und Tumbler. Dein Zimmer ist unmöbliert, du kannst es dir also ganz nach deinem Geschmack einrichten.


Über uns

Wir sind zwei berufstätige Menschen, die das WG-Leben als angenehmen Mix aus Gemeinsamkeit und Rückzug leben. Mal zusammen kochen, was trinken oder den Abend auf der Terrasse ausklingen lassen aber genauso okay, wenn jeder seinen eigenen Rhythmus hat. Hauptsache, die Stimmung passt.


Lage & Erreichbarkeit:

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichst du zu Fuss in ca. 10 Minuten. Mit dem Bus bist du in 10 Minuten an der Hardbrücke, in 12 Minuten am HB und mit dem Tram in 15 Minuten am Paradeplatz. Also super angebunden, und trotzdem ruhig gelegen.

Room Available in Stylish 3-Person Flat with a View, Kreis 4 (Available Now)


A room in our beautiful attic apartment in Kreis 4 is available now, and we (m/f) are looking for a relaxed, natural female flatmate with her own daily rhythm, who’s interested in easygoing and respectful shared living in a 3-person flatshare. The apartment is on the 5th floor and spreads across three levels, daily fitness included. :)

The flat is about 180 m², fully furnished (except for your room) and has everything you need: two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, plus a washing machine and dryer. The available room is unfurnished, so you can set it up however you like.


About us

We’re two working professionals who enjoy a mix of shared time and personal space. We like to cook together occasionally, have a drink or relax on the terrace in the evening but it’s also totally fine if everyone follows their own rhythm. The main thing is that the vibe is right.


Location & Connections:

Shops are about a 10 minute walk away. The bus gets you to Hardbrücke in 10 minutes, Zurich HB in 12 minutes, and Paradeplatz in 15 minutes by tram. Super central, but still a calm place to live.
