In einem gemütlichen Haus mit Garten und Pergola (siehe Bild) steht ein Zimmer von 12 m² zur Verfügung. Wenn möbliert beträgt die Miete inkl. Nebenkosten CHF 700 pro Monat.

Das Haus liegt an ruhiger Lage mit guter Busverbindung nach Affoltern am Albis und nur 1,5 km vom Bahnhof Hedingen entfernt. Von dort aus ist der Hauptbahnhof Zürich in 25 Minuten erreichbar.

Gesucht wird eine/n studentische/n oder berufstätige/n Mitbewohner/in, die/der die Nähe zu Zürich, die ländliche Lage und die Nähe zu Bächen und Wäldern schätzt.

Wir sind zwei Männer, 30 und 49 Jahre alt, aufgeschlossen, einer arbeitet mit Kindern und studiert Sozialarbeit, der andere ist Therapeut und Klangmusiker.

A room measuring 12 m² is available in a cosy house with a garden and pergola (see picture). If furnished, the rent including utilities is CHF 700 per month.

The house is in a quiet location with good bus connections to Affoltern am Albis and only 1.5 km from Hedingen train station. From there, Zurich main station can be reached in 25 minutes.

We are looking for a student or working roommate who appreciates the proximity to Zurich, the rural location and the proximity to streams and forests.

We are two men, 30 and 49 years old, open-minded, one works with children and studies social work, the other is a therapist and sound musician.
