The room is 11.5 m² (4.05 m * 2.85 m), bright, and located on the first floor. It is unfurnished except for a shelf, which can be removed upon request.

The rent includes regular utilities and Wi-Fi. The garden, fully equipped kitchen (including a brand new dishwasher), balcony (with a view of the courtyard), and living room are shared. Bicycle parking is available in front of the house and in the basement. In addition to the shared laundry room, there is a large drying room available in the basement.
