A fully furnished room with a wooden floor and a private balcony. It's very bright during the day thanks to its wide windows. The room is equipped with a bed (incl. bedsheets), a glass desk, an office chair, and shelves.
The apartment is for two people. There are two bedrooms with terraces, a kitchen, a small living room and two bathrooms. All furnished and equipped, you just have to set foot in it. Washer and dryer are shared with the condo.


The area is very well connected by tram and bus (you can get to the center or
ETH in 15 minutes without changes) and the stops are within walking distance.
Supermarkets (Coop, Migros, Denner) are also within walking distance in less than 5 minutes.

Looking for a tenant to take care of the room until Nicholas, the main tenant (currently away), a 25-year-old ETH graduate from Italy comes back in January.
You will share the apartment with Linda, a 19-year-old ETH student from Switzerland.
