Ich ziehe schweren Herzens aus unserer schönen 3.5-Zimmer-Wohnung auf dem Zürichberg aus – nur weil ich mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehe. Sonst wäre ich definitiv geblieben!

Was dich erwartet:

Ein helles, ruhiges Zimmer in einer großzügigen 110 m²-Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick über Zürich – direkt vom Wohnzimmer und dem sonnigen Balkon aus. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen, angenehmen Nachbarschaft mit freundlichen Leuten rundherum. Im Sommer kannst du problemlos das Fenster offen lassen – absolut still, kein Verkehrslärm.

Die Lage:

Super zentral – du bist in 3–4 Minuten zu Fuß an der nächsten Tram- oder Bushaltestelle, und mit dem E-Scooter in 5 Minuten mitten in der City.

Zur Wohnung:
• Frisch gedämmt – das hält’s im Winter warm und die Heizkosten niedrig

• Große Wohnküche, Wohnzimmer mit Ausblick, Balkon mit ganztägiger Sonne

• Gemeinsame Nutzung von Bad/WC und Küche

• Kellerabteil und Waschmaschine im Haus vorhanden
Dein neuer Mitbewohner:

30 Jahre alt, sehr ordentlich, offen, angenehm – die WG-Atmosphäre ist entspannt und respektvoll.

Kosten:

Mietzins aktuell noch etwas reduziert durch die Dämmung – eventuell in den nächsten Monaten eine kleine Anpassung, da das Haus kürzlich komplett neu gestrichen und grundsaniert wurde.

Und das Beste:

Es besteht die Option, die ganze Wohnung in Zukunft zu übernehmen, falls du möchtest. Mein Mitbewohner wird perspektivisch auch ausziehen – also entweder WG weiterführen oder komplett selbst übernehmen – beides möglich.

A bright and quiet room in a spacious 110 m² apartment with an amazing panoramic view over Zurich – straight from the living room and the sunny balcony. The neighborhood is super peaceful with friendly neighbors. In the summer, you can sleep with the window open – it’s that quiet.
Location:
Very central – just 3–4 minutes walking to the nearest tram or bus stop, and only 5 minutes to the city center by scooter.
About the flat:
• Recently insulated – great for warmth and lower heating costs
• Big shared kitchen, cozy living room with city views, sunny balcony all day long
• Shared bathroom and kitchen
• Laundry in the building, basement storage available
Your new flatmate:
30 years old, super tidy, respectful, and easy-going – the WG vibe is chill and friendly.
Rent:
Currently slightly reduced thanks to the new insulation. There might be a small increase in the next months as the entire building was recently renovated and repainted.
Bonus:
There’s a chance to take over the whole apartment in the future if you’d like. My flatmate might also move out at some point, so you could either keep the WG going or have the place to yourself.
