Einige Möbel und Küchen Ausstattung wird noch beschafft.

Dein Mitbewohner ist 35 Jahre alt, macht gerne und viel Sport und bringt Toleranz mit. Ist drei Tage die Woche im HomeOffice tätig. Geht um 23:00-24:00 schlafen. Kocht gerne und viel zu Hause, auch Fleisch. Spielt Computer und chillt gerne im Wohnzimmer. Hausarbeit ist kein Thema für Diskussionen, die wird einfach erledigt. Der Sauberkeitsgrad darf schwanken, sollte jedoch ein gesundes Maß nicht unterschreiten. Einen Putzplan wird es nicht geben. Geräusche sind in einer WG normal, Lärm sollte die Ausnahme sein. Gerne darf Musik laufen. Ein harmonisches Klima in der WG ist wichtig, sodass sich beide wohlfühlen können.
Schön wäre ein WG, die sich gegenseitig akzeptiert, unterstützt, zusammen sprechen und schweigen kann. Viele Kann, wenig Muss.

A room is available in a two-person shared apartment. The apartment will be newly occupied on December 1st.
The apartment is located on the edge of the Wesemlin district.

There's a washing machine in the apartment. It has nice parquet flooring and a small balcony. There's greenery behind the building.
Some furniture and kitchen equipment will be procured.

Your roommate is 35 years old, enjoys sports, and is tolerant. He works from home three days a week. He goes to bed between 11:00 PM and midnight. He enjoys cooking at home, including meat. He plays computer games and likes to relax in the living room. Housework isn't up for discussion; it's simply done. The level of cleanliness can vary, but it shouldn't fall below a reasonable standard. There won't be a cleaning schedule. Noise is normal in a shared apartment, but loud noises should be the exception. Music is welcome. A harmonious atmosphere in the apartment is important so that both of you feel comfortable.

Ideally, we'd have a shared apartment where people accept and support each other, and can talk and be silent together. Lots of "cans," few "musts."
