Hey, this is Luca and I'm looking for a flatmate :)

The apartment is a cozy 3.5-room attic apartment with exposed wooden beams and charming rustic character. Your room is approximately 15 square meters, bright, with two skylights—perfect for ventilation; you'll wake up to birdsong in the morning and see the moon in the evening. The room is furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk with a custom-built windowsill extension, office chair, and more). If you have your own furniture, we can certainly discuss that. The kitchen is well-equipped (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave), the bathroom has a bathtub, there's a large private cellar, and in front of the house, there's a lawn for relaxing in the summer. The move-in date would be potentially April 1st but also May 1st can be arranged.

The location is quiet and green, yet well-connected. Public transport is less than a 5-minute walk away, the University of Zurich Irchel campus is about 10 minutes away on foot, ETH Hönggerberg or Zurich Main Station are about 15/20 minutes away by tram, Oerlikon BHF ist two tram stops away — and the Zürichberg forest is just around the corner for jogging or cycling.

About myself:
I'm Luca, Italian, young professional working in medtech supply chain. Besides work, I spend most of my free time outdoors—ski touring, climbing, biking or just enjoying the nature. I consider myself very social and easy going and I like to keep the flat clean and tidy. Living my own life but also often down for a spontaneous beer or a swim in the Limmat :) I speak Italian, English and currently learning German.
