Hi everyone!

We are looking for a kind new tenant for my room in a beautiful, bright old apartment in Oerlikon as of 1st December.

The room is about 18 square meters, has a beautiful parquet floor and is located in an apartment on the 2nd floor (with elevator) with living room, kitchen incl. washing machine and dryer, separate bathroom/WC and small balcony. Our apartment is very centrally located in Oerlikon, only 5 minutes walk to the train station and 3 minutes to the tram station Regensbergbrücke. In the neighborhood you will find various shops, restaurants and cafés.

In our shared flat, we value living together in harmony. Each of us has our own circle of friends and hobbies, however, we all get on so well and have a lot of fun together that we occasionally do things together, such as going out together, sitting on the balcony and so on :) . It would be nice if you are independent, value cleanliness and appreciate open communication and peaceful interaction. We mainly speak English in our flat.

You will live together with 2 roommates: Clara (23, German), a Master's student in Computer Science and Isabella (29, Swiss Brazilian), an architect. Both are super warm, open-minded, well-positioned and spend a lot of time with friends and doing sports. As we are all busy at work and university during the week, we also appreciate a considerate approach to noise levels in the evening, at least during the week. :)

* The room is to be taken over on
1st December

* We are looking for
someone employed full-time
, able to be added as a co-main tenant
* The room is partly furnished, which means I would like to sell some furniture to you at a reduced price (bed, mattress, 2 drawers, desk, chair) - 250chf.
* There is also furniture in the shared living space that you will have to pay into - 350chf (So total cost of the furniture is 600CHF)
* Deposit is 2646 CHF
* We have had a leakage from the apartment upstairs and the agency is currently fixing it so there is a machine in the room at the moment to dry the walls but it should be removed on the 19th of November so it shouldn't influence you :)
