Wir vermieten ein möbliertes Zimmer (ca. 20 m²) mit eigenem Bad (Dusche/WC) an eine Wochenaufenthalterin oder einen Wochenaufenthalter. Die Lage ist super zentral – ganz in der Nähe von ETH, Universitätsspital und ÖV.

Was das Zimmer bietet:
• Eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC
• WLAN
• Eigener Fernseher mit Netflix
• Heizung, Strom, Wasser inklusive
• Alle zwei Wochen kommt die Putzfrau vorbei

Das Zimmer ist ideal für jemanden, der unter der Woche in Zürich arbeitet oder studiert und am Wochenende nach Hause fährt.

Über uns:
Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern und einem kleinen Hund. Es ist uns wichtig, dass das Zusammenleben respektvoll zusammenlebt.

We’re renting out a furnished room (about 20 m²) with a private bathroom (shower/toilet) to someone who stays in Zurich during the week. The location is super central – very close to ETH, the university hospital, and public transport.

What the room includes:
• Private bathroom with shower and toilet
• Wi-Fi
• Own TV with Netflix
• Heating, electricity, and water included
• Cleaning every two weeks

The room is perfect for someone who works or studies in Zurich during the week and goes home on the weekends.
