Hoi du! Wir sind 9 Studierende, Wissenschaftler*innen, Kulturschaffende, Handwerker*innen, zwischen 27 und 35 Jahre und suchen dich als unser neues Mitbewohni, das unsere „Familie” vervollständigt. Uns vereint der Wunsch, in einer Wohngemeinschaft zu leben und den Alltag miteinander zu teilen. Wir verbringen viel gemeinsame Zeit am Esstisch, im Wohnzimmer oder bei spontanen Ausflügen. Bei gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten oder Kaffee/Tee plaudern wir über allerlei Themen wie: Veganes Essen, mentale Gesundheit, Gender, Revolution, lustige Alltagsgeschichten, Sex, regenerative Landwirtschaft, Musik, Theater, Gemeinschaft, Liebe, Politik, Hafer, Fermentation, Wissenschaft, Nonsense… oder was auch immer du zu Tisch bringen wirst! Alle zwei Wochen haben wir ein WG-Meeting um Organisatorisches und Zwischenmenschliches zu besprechen. Wir freuen uns auf eine Person die sich aktiv in der WG einbringt, bei gemeinsamen Unternehmungen dabei ist und diese gerne auch anstösst. Wir kochen stets vegan und regelmässig in grösseren Mengen. Wir beziehen drei Gemüseanteile von der Genossenschaft „Meh als Gmües“, daher haben wir jeweils frisches regionales Gemüse und sind ab und zu auf dem Feld beim Pflanzen oder Jäten am Mithelfen. Ansonsten bestellen wir (unsere 99% veganen) Lebensmittel grösstenteils in Grossmengen und unsere Vorratskammer sieht aus wie ein kleiner Unverpackt-Laden. Unsere Wohnung und das Haus ist Teil einer Genossenschaftssiedlung. Wir wohnen im Hunziker Areal, und die Mitgliedschaft in der Genossenschaft bringt einige Vorteile mit sich: eine Sauna im Haus, eine Werkstatt, ein Coworking Space, und einige kostenlose Quartiergruppen wie Yoga or Pingpong. Das Zimmer ist ab Anfang August einzugsbereit. Dein Zimmer ist entweder ca. 14m2 gross und befindet sich im unteren von zwei Stöcken. Wir teilen eine grosse Küche mit Essbereich, ein grosszügiges Wohnzimmer und einen selbst gebauten Zwischenboden. Die Miete beträgt 605 CHF. Wir finanzieren Essen und Infrastruktur zusammen, daher kommen noch 320 CHF dazu (total 925 CHF im Monat). Da wir in der WG viel selber eingerichtet und eingebaut haben und auch mal was kaputt geht, kommt noch eine Inventurpauschale von 500 CHF dazu, die du mit einer jährlichen Abschreibung von 100 CHF bei Auszug zurückbekommst. Zudem musst du einen Genossenschaftsbeitrag von 7'650 CHF einzahlen. Diesen bekommst du bei Auszug aus der Wohnung komplett zurück. Falls dieser Betrag für dich ein Problem sein sollte, sind wir als WG bereit, Lösungen zu suchen.

Hey there lovely people! We are a mix of 9 people studying and/or working in arts, crafts, and science, between 27 and 35 years old. Currently we’re looking for one new flatmate. We spend most of our time together at the dining table, where we have meals, drink coffee or tea and chat about various things like: vegan food, mental health, gender, revolution, funny stories about daily life, sex, regenerative agriculture, music, theatre, community living, love, politics, oats, fermentation, science, nonsense… and whatever you would like to talk about! We have a flat-meeting every two weeks, where we talk organization and feels. We are looking forward to someone that is invested in the collective and likes to contribute or even initiate activities and projects. We always cook vegan and regularly in large quantities. We receive three veggie shares from the cooperative “meh als gmües” so we have fresh regional produce and sometimes hit the field and go help weed or plant our veggies. Other (99% vegan) groceries we mostly order in large containers and our food storage looks like a small wholefood shop. Our flat - and the house it is in - is part of the cooperative “mehr als wohnen”. It is in the Hunziker Areal with a possibility to use several amenities like a sauna, workshop, coworking space, community groups from yoga to ping pong. The room is available from the beginning of August. Your room is about 14m2 big and lies on the lower of two floors. We also share an open kitchen with a dining area and a big living room. The rent is 605 CHF for the room but we finance the food and infrastructure collectively with a contribution of 320CHF (a total of 925 CHF). Since we have furnished and installed a lot ourselves in the flatshare and also sometimes things need to be replaced, there is also an inventory fee of 500 CHF, which you get back with an annual amortization of 100 CHF when you move out. In addition you need to pay an equity share to the cooperative “mehr als wohnen” of 7650 CHF . With moving out this will all be paid back to you. If this amount is too much for you, we are open to discuss and help out collectively.
